Gingerbread Pancakes

 2 cups flour

7 tbsp buttermilk powder

4 tbsp sugar

2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp ground cloves

3/4 cup white chocolate chips

1 3/4 cup water

6 tbsp butter, melted

1/4 cup molasses

2 eggs


Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in water, butter, molasses, and eggs until mixed. Cook on a medium skillet. Serve with whipped cream.
