1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 4 oz pkg instant chocolate pudding
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 4 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter in a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 5 minutes. Remove from pan and sprinkle powdered sugar on top if desired. Or top with a semi-sweet ganache. (1/1 ratio semi-sweet chocolate chips and heavy cream.
I got this recipe from my brother-in-law Kurt. It's a yummy moist cake.
