1 graham cracker or Oreo pie crust (we usually buy a premade one from the store)
1 cup chocolate ganache
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 8oz container whipped topping, thawed
1 bag Reese's snack size, coarsely chopped
peanut butter buttercream optional
Mix together peanut butter and cream cheese and blend till smooth. Add powdered sugar and then fold in the whipped topping and chopped Reese's (except for a handful for the top). Add filling to the crust. You can top with Whipped cream or peanut butter buttercream. Drizzle over the top with chocolate ganache. Then top off with the rest of your chopped Reese's. you could leave them whole if desired.
Ganache is super easy to make and tastes better but in a pinch, you can use chocolate ice cream topping.
My wife is awesome and makes this for me on Thanksgiving since I don't like pumpkin and most fruit pies.
