Moose Farts

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk

1 1/2 cups dried coconut

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1 tsp vanilla

1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

additional graham crumbs for rollings the balls


Melt the butter and combine it with the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Add the graham crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix to combine well.

Refrigerate for an hour or so before rolling the mixture into 1 1/4 inch balls. These are rich so you want to be on the smallish side. Rolled the balls in additional graham crumbs and chill until firm.

Store in a sealed container and refrigerate.


These are funny named treats that we tried. They come from Canada. I didn't put the full 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips but felt like they would have been better if I had. I also wonder if it would have tasted better if I cooked down the sweetened condensed milk to give it a more Carmel flavor. I found this recipe here.
