Cheddar Chicken

6 chicken breasts or 12 chicken tenders
3 cups crushed Pepperidge Farm cheddar goldfish crackers
1 cube butter melted

Dip chicken in butter and roll in crushed crackers. Place in baking pan and cover tightly with tin foil. Bake at 300 for 3 hours.

The original recipe called for saltines and american powdered cheese. We can't find the powdered cheese anymore so we substituted goldfish. We also tried the recipe with Cheez-it or Cheese Nips but they seems to have a funny taste.
