Pudding Cookies

 2 1/4 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup white sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1 3.5 oz package of pudding

2 eggs

2 cups chocolate chips


Combine sugars, butter, vanilla, and pudding mix. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Slowly stir in flour and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake at 375 for 9-10 minutes.



This is a quick and easy cookie recipe. The cookies are really moist. We like to use chocolate pudding and add white chocolate chips. If you do use chocolate pudding, it helps to add a little bit of cocoa to make the cookies more chocolaty.
