Spinach White Bean Crostini

 2 cups spinach, chopped

1 15oz can cannellini beans, rinsed

1 Tbsp olive oil

Juice from 1/2 lemon

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbsp fresh dill (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Serve on a sliced baguette.
