Cheesy Vegetable Bake

Ingredients:
2 cups sliced carrots
3 cups broccoli
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 cups cauliflower
1 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup sliced summer squash
1/2 cup chopped onions

Cook vegetables and set them aside.

1/2 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
8 oz processed American cheese (Velveeta)

Combine butter, soup, and cheese in a medium saucepan. Heat until melted.

1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter

Mix bread crumbs and melted butter.

Layer vegetables into a 9x13 baking dish and pour cheese sauce on top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. (I like to use the Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing mix for the bread crumbs)

This is another recipe from my sister. She knows it is my favorite so she makes it for me for my birthday every year.
